REWARDS PROGRAMME Terms & Conditions

Please read these PROGRAM TERMS carefully. By participating in the program, you agree that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the T&C described herein and all terms incorporated herein by reference, including the MAXX SHOP Terms of Services and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not participate in the program or terminate your membership as applicable.

Maxx Style Hero

“Services” or “We” mean all services available on the Website.
“Website” means the website and all its sub-domains.
“TOS”, “Terms” means these terms and conditions for the provision of Services.


Maxx Shop rewards program (“Maxx Style Hero” or the “Program”) is a loyalty reward program offered by Maxx Shop (the “Service” or “we”) to a portion of customers of the Services.

The program is only accessible via the Website. The program enables person who enrolled to the program (“Member”) to earn and spend points collected through eligible purchases on the Services in accordance to the current terms and conditions.

Members acquire no vested right or entitlement to the continued availability of the Program and its points, rewards, benefits and arrangements.

Terms and Conditions

To whom may participate in the Maxx Style Hero rewards program;

1 We may offer, vary, suspend or withdraw different benefits, or arrangements under the Program of the Services. The availability or redemption of benefits, or arrangements may be governed by further terms and conditions specified by us from time to time.

2 Only persons who correctly and successfully enrolled to the Program via our Services are eligible for the any benefits, or arrangements awarded by the Program. We reserve the right to alter the enrollment requirement from time to time.

3 Your participation in the Program is governed by these Terms and Conditions and any other terms and conditions specified by us from time to time. If any dispute arises in relation to the Program, our decision is final. Such dispute may include any dispute over your eligibility of participation, your entitlement to benefits, discount, records of redemption or sales activities.

4 By participating in the Program, you read, understand, accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Program Membership
Membership Enrollment
5 Membership can be obtained at no charge and no initial purchase is required. To become a Member, you must complete the enrollment process by providing complete, truthful and accurate information and of legal age in the region you reside in. After completion, you will receive an email which confirm your membership.

Passwords and Security
6 To enroll in the Program, you will have to register and create an Account with the Service and provide one or more names, email addresses, login usernames and passwords (collectively, “ID”). You are responsible to safeguard your ID. You agree not to use the ID of any third party or disclose your ID to any third party. You are responsible for any and all activities that occur on your Membership Account. You agree to provide the Services with correct and complete Account information at all times and inform us of any changes to the information provided. The Service will keep your ID confidential. Each person should register with one Program Account only. If you suspect irregular usage of your Program Account, please contact us immediately.

7 If a Membership Account is used by any other person who is not the Account owner, all points relating to purchases made by such other person will be credited to the Member’s Account. All benefits used will be drawn from the Member’s Account. The Service assumes no liability or responsibility for points, benefits and/ or other arrangements redeemed or used by any person(s) prior to a communication to the Service that the Account has been compromised.

Suspension Rights; Capacity
8 If we determine that a Member has abused any of the benefits, fails to comply with any of the T&C, or makes any misrepresentation to the Services; we may, in our sole discretion, take such actions as appropriate, including without limitation, suspend the Membership, revoke any benefits or arrangement for the Member, revoke the Member’s membership of the Program, in each case, with or without notice to the Member and without liability to the Services.

9 Points will not be awarded if we, in reasonable belief, that the quantity of products purchase are beyond personal usage, the Membership, Points, and benefits may be forfeited without advance notice.

Change in Information
10 Members are responsible to keep the Membership information accurate and up-to-date. It is the member’s responsibility to advise the Services in case of changes. We will not be liable for any communication not received by the Member given we sent the communication to the information on file from such Program Member.

Inactive Accounts
11 A Program Member account is deemed to be inactive if points are not earned in association with such Account for 24 months. Once the account is deemed to be inactive, all points of such account may be forfeited, with or without notice in the Service’s sole discretion.

Account Closure
12 Points, benefits and other potential arrangement are reduced to zero and deleted upon closure of a Membership.

13 If a Member intends to terminate a membership, please contact the Service immediately.

Reward Points
Earning Points
14 Except as specified in Clause 15, you earn;
14.a 3 Points for every HKD 1 you spent on eligible order;
14.b 100 Points as the welcome offer for Program enrollment;
14.c 50 Points for following the Service’s official Instagram account;
14.d 300 Points as the birthday gift for the member.

15 We have the right not to award or allow you to use your Program benefits unless your usage of the Services is proper and in good standing. We also have the right to specify and vary from time to time the Program Points earning rate and the types of spending that do not earn Program Points. At present, spending types that do not earn Program Points include the following:
15.a Shipping Cost
15.b Discount credited to the purchase
15.c Other fee and charges

16 A transaction may not earn Reward Cash if:
16.a It is cancelled due to payment issue.
16.b It violated the Services’ T&C.

17 Points have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash. Members acquire no vested right or entitlement to the continued availability of the Points, rewards, benefits and arrangements. The Services assume no liability to Members for which the rules of earning and redeeming the Points may change.

18 Points cannot be assigned, exchanged, traded, purchased or given as gift or sold.

19 Points cannot be pooled from various sources.

Special Promotion
20 There are chances which the Services may advertise or offer exclusive offers to selected Members to redeem points for special benefits.

Confidential Information
21 We are committed to protect your privacy! We maintain the privacy and security of all personal information collected from Members, including without limitation, name, address, email address, telephone numbers, date of birth, account information, purchase information (“Personal Information”).

22 You understand that through your participation and usage of the Program, you consent to the collection and use of the Personal Information. As part of the services, we may need to provide you with communications such as announcements and administrative messages. These communications are part of the programs and your Membership.

23 As a customer of the Service and Program Member, we and/ or our service providers may communicate to you special offers, services, promotions and program news. You can unsubscribe from receiving such communication at any time by updating your Membership account, by contacting or by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of the promotional emails.

24 We have put in the best effort to ensure that the information herein is correct. The Services is not responsible for any errors in priced copies of these Terms nor those published from time to time on the Website.

25 Any waiver by the Company of the strict observance, performance or compliance by a Member with any of the Terms contained herein, either expressly granted or by course of conduct, shall be effective only in the specific instance, and shall not be deemed to be a waiver or any rights or remedies of the Services as a result of any other failure to observe, perform or comply with the Terms. No delay or omission by the Services in exercising any right or remedy hereunder shall operate as waiver thereof or of any other right or remedy.

26 In the event that any provision in these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remining provisions of these Terms.
